Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, preference, or accidental purchases.

Because we sell food products and digital products, we are unable to accept returned seasoning products or eCookbooks once purchased or delivered.

Digital Products

All eCookbook and other digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Seasonings & Food Products

For food safety reasons, all seasoning and other consumable-product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable due to an issue with fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other reasonable resolution.

Physical Cookbooks

Physical cookbook purchases are final and are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.

If your cookbook arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the order and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you do not receive an order that was properly placed and paid for, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Our no-refund policy does not eliminate rights customers may have when merchandise is not delivered, is materially different from what was ordered, or is defective. Credit-card customers may also have dispute rights in certain circumstances.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will attempt to assist before the order is fulfilled.
